Ashley Heintz – Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates

Ashley has been teaching Cardio Kickboxing for nearly four years, 2 years previously at a another academy and at EFA for over a year and a half. She’s been physically active her entire life, being a multi-sport athlete in high school. She currently teaches Cardio Kickboxing and Pilates here at Elite Fighting Academy.

She is also an instructor of Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates and Boot Camp Education at the University of Central Florida where she recently graduated with degrees in Non-Profit Management and Women’s Studies. She currently holds certifications from the National Board in Personal Training, Kinesiology and Nutrition as well as certifications from the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in Group Fitness, Pilates and Cardio Kickboxing. She is also an independent contractor in Bootcamp education as well.
